One Stop Shop offers help and guidance with applications such as school, GP registration, Universal credit, pension credit, housing costs support, child benefit applications, food bank vouchers and many more services in order to ensure that new arrivals settle into Havering as quickly and efficiently as possible. The One stop Shop started as service for Ukrainian guests and have widened the support to all nationalities including those residents who may simply be confused by the plethora of documents to fill in for benefits.

They have  translators who are able to speak multiple languages and operate from 10AM – 2PM every Wednesday.
